This education webinar identifies practical contract strategies to help you set projects up for success from the start. We’ll discuss how to clearly define scope, deliverables, and quality standards so expectations are aligned and measurable, and how to structure contract terms that control costs and protect your budget from common overruns and change-order surprises. Finally, we’ll address warranties and post-project completion support, including how to document responsibilities, timelines, and service requirements to ensure lasting value after the work is done.
