About Our Presenters

Emily Foy, CMCA, AMS is an Association Team Lead with Elite Properties, Inc., with over eight years of experience in community association management. She works closely with Boards of Directors to support governance, financial planning, and community operations. Emily is actively involved with the Wisconsin Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI), serving on the Programs Committee and as Chair of the CAI Wisconsin Golf Outing Committee.

Carissa Pezewski, CMCA, AMS, PCAM is a Director at MPC Property Management in Burlington, Wisconsin, with many years of experience in community association management. Known for her strong work ethic and client-focused approach, Carissa is dedicated to supporting boards and communities through thoughtful guidance, proactive management, and practical solutions. She is actively involved with the Wisconsin Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI), serving on the Board of Directors and as Chair of the Programs Committee, where she helps develop educational opportunities for industry professionals and community leaders.
