Emily Foy - PROPERTY MANAGER

Emily Foy, CMCA is a Condominium Property Manager with Elite Properties, Inc. She currently sits on the Education Committee for the Wisconsin Branch of Community Associations Institute (CAI), as she is passionate about educating current and potential Condo owners, Board members, and fellow managers. Her portfolio of Associations she manages ranges in style and effort, but one thing she brings to all properties is her personalized management approach. Emily joined Elite in August of 2017 and brought her 5 years of commercial tenant management to help develop her overall approach to the best customer service. Her partnership with some wonderful and reliable business partners, as well as trusting Boards of Directors, has led to a successful and fulfilling career now and into the future. Emily has earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation through the Community Associations Institute (CAI).

Christy True - PROPERTY MANAGER

Christy True, CMCA, AMS is a Condominium Portfolio Manager and is currently employed at Hunt Management. Christy has six years of community association management experience preceded by 25 years of business administration and management experience in residential and commercial property management. Christy has earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations through the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Christy is currently working toward obtaining the CAI Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). Christy also holds her Wisconsin Real Estate Sales License and also serves on the CAI-WI Education & Programs Committee and the annual CAI Golf Outing Committee.
