Insurance industry experience since 1982 and Baer Account Executive since 1999. Stan is multi-state licensed. 

Kevin Bobb, Building Reserves Inc

The founder of Building Reserves Inc. holds a Reserve Specialist designation from CAI (Community Association Institute) and also holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. Building Reserves has conducted thousands of reserve studies for condominiums, timeshares, cooperatives, churches, schools, and nonprofit organizations throughout the United States and internationally since 2008. Building Reserves specializes in budgeting and prioritizing capital projects for buildings and infrastructure. Kevin has been responsible for new product development, sales, marketing, and project management.
