Lydia Chartre, CCAL

Lydia Chartre, CCAL is a partner in the Milwaukee and Madison offices of Husch Blackwell LLP where she co-leads its condominium and HOA Law Team. Lydia is a member of the College of Community Association Lawyers, which consists of less than 170 attorneys nationwide. She was also selected for inclusion in the Best Lawyers in America for the past several years. Lydia represents Condominium and Homeowners’ associations all across the state of Wisconsin, and is able to assist with all legal issues that affect your communities, from document interpretation and drafting, to assessment topics, is co-Editor of the Husch Blackwell “Association Alert” blog, and currently serves on CAI-WI’s Trade Show Planning Committee and the national CCAL Law Seminar Planning Committee. Lydia is a former CAI-WI Board Member


Daniel Miske, CCAL

Daniel Miske, CCAL is a partner in the Milwaukee office of Husch Blackwell LLP where he co-leads its Condominium and HOA Law Team. Dan is a member of the College of Community Association Lawyers, which consists of less than 170 attorneys nationwide. He is an AV rated attorney (the highest rating) in Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized as a Best Lawyer since 2012 and is currently listed as a Best Lawyer in the following categories: Community Association Law; Commercial Litigation; Litigation – Real Estate and Real Estate Law. Dan represents condominiums and HOA’s throughout Wisconsin. He has been involved in the CAI-WI chapter since 2006 and is a past president. He currently serves as CAI-WI’s Treasurer.

Brian Seidl

Brian Seidl is an attorney in the Madison and Milwaukee offices of von Briesen & Roper, s.c. Brian guides and advises condominium and home-owner association boards on the wide variety of issues they encounter, including interpretation and enforcement of their declaration and bylaws; rule-making and drafting amendments; and litigation. He enjoys developing pragmatic and realistic solutions when possible. Brian’s work with CAI includes contributing to CAI-WI articles and attempting to beat Ryan’s superior golf game at the CAI golf outing. 

Ryan Duffy

Ryan Duffy is an attorney in the Milwaukee office of von Briesen & Roper, s.c. Ryan focuses his practice on community association law, including litigation, collections and foreclosures. He is a member of CAI-WI where he enjoys the noble, yet ever-fleeting pursuit of glory at the annual golf outing as well as educating members in a practical and efficient manner. Ryan particularly enjoys working on-site with associations to resolve issues that might require a personal touch.
